You will gain valuable feedback on your proposal and councils’ appetite to accept your initial or modified proposal (remember, sometimes an area may becoming an over developed ‘spot” so we endeavor to look ahead of that time and get in early while you can !).
In order to create an application with the best possible chance of success, it is necessary to receive input from professionals from a variety of different disciplines and an early investment upfront pays great dividends or avoids a large dollar waste later on, having by passed this critical stage just to save a few bucks and then later being un able to build !!!

- Telephone discussion before and after with owner/client (one owner representative if a group of owners or if multiple parties conduct ZOOM meeting.).
- Client Briefing by phone.
- Desk top research prior to council meeting.
- Site Plans extra (quoted as each site varies).
- Required Reports by professionals (additional as required by brief).
