POLICY, Terms and conditions of branded Gift Cards
- SSH branded Gift Cards (including e-Gift Cards) (Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value of the Gift Card or remaining balance after partial redemption has occurred.
- The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed by phone or by fax or for cash.
- Gift Cards are only redeemable online at smallsecondhomes.com/gift card.
- A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- Please treat your Gift Card as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash (wholly or partly).
- Do not give your gift card to anyone unless you treat it as cash that you give them as we will honor the credit to the current holder of the gift card number i.e. the holder quotes to us the valid card number, expiry and PIN means they can spend what credit remains on the issued card.
- Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If the Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the order price.
- Gift Cards are valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase.
- Should SSH suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, SSH may refuse to redeem the Gift Card or cancel the redemption of the Gift Card and call police.
- Flybuys points are not applicable to the purchase of Gift Cards.
How to check the balance of a SSH Gift Card
To check the balance of your SSH branded Gift Card please call support on 1300-911-138 and ask a team member to assist you.
Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Multi-retailer Gift Cards
- Please refer to the back of the Gift Card purchased for the terms and conditions of Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Multi-retailer Gift Cards sold by or redeemable at SSH.
- Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another gift card as payment.
- Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS Gift Cards cannot be redeemed by fax.
- Please treat your Gift Card as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash (wholly or partly). SSH is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards purchased from SSH.
- Flybuys points are not applicable to the purchase of Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Multi-retailer Gift Cards.
