The SSH journey is a process with steps to follow.SSH are here to take you through that process from concept to successful finish and occupation. So we work in stages ; step 1 step 2 step 3 until we complete the journey, “steady as she goes”. As it is a process of evolving design and thoughts and discovering through research and checking , verifying and “show me, don’t tell me:”
We never jump from step 1 to 3 as it will come back to cause disaster later such as exceeding the loan budget or cost blow outs or lack of end user suitability, resistance to climate change, lifestyle, comfort and operating costs.
By working in stage we control risks, costs and can pause, reconsider or cease at an early stage in the event that a foreseeable barrier is in place to avoid losing time and spending more money or go to plan B for a suitable outcome. We are here to take you through the journey for any part that you require us to assist with.
